Terms of Use & User Agreement

The Service contains sexually explicit, age-restricted material. By using it you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that it is legal for you to access adult content where you live. We use an age confirmation gate; lying about your age is a breach of these Terms.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

You retain ownership of content you upload (“User Content”). By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transcode, display and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Service. This licence ends when the content is removed, except for copies retained as required by law or in routine backups.

By uploading content you represent and warrant that:

• every person depicted is 18 years or older;
• every person depicted has given explicit, informed consent to be recorded and to have the content published on the Service;
• you hold, and will retain, records sufficient to verify the age and consent of all depicted persons (e.g. records of the type contemplated by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where applicable);
• the content does not infringe anyone’s rights and does not violate any law.

You remain solely responsible for the content you submit. We may require proof of consent/age and remove content pending verification.

Strictly forbidden, and grounds for immediate removal and reporting:

• any content involving minors (child sexual abuse material), or that sexualizes minors, in any form;
• non-consensual content — including “revenge porn”, hidden-camera, leaked, or deepfake/altered sexual content of real people;
• content depicting real violence, coercion, trafficking, or rape;
• bestiality, necrophilia, or other content illegal in major jurisdictions;
• uploading content you do not own or have no licence to publish;
• scraping, spamming, malware, attempts to bypass the age gate or moderation, or any unlawful use of the Service.

We report child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities (e.g. NCMEC) as required by law.

Public uploads enter a moderation queue and are not published until approved. We run automated checks on uploaded media (including perceptual-hash matching against known illegal-content databases and automated content-safety analysis) and may block, flag, or remove content at our discretion. Automated checks assist, but do not replace, your obligations above.

Anyone can report content using the Report control on each album. Report reasons include “I’m in this content and didn’t consent”, “someone appears underage”, non-consensual/leaked content, copyright, and other abuse. We review reports and remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

Removal of content depicting you: if you appear in content and did not consent to its publication, report it (or contact us) and we will act to remove it promptly.

Copyright / DMCA: rights holders may request takedown of infringing material via the Report control or by contacting us with the details required by applicable copyright law. We remove valid claims and may terminate repeat infringers.

We use necessary cookies to operate the Service (age-gate confirmation and login session). With your consent we also use analytics cookies that record usage events (page views, album views, video plays) together with your IP address, browser user-agent, referring page and, if signed in, your user id, to measure and improve the Service. You choose your cookie preferences in the consent banner and can change them. We do not sell your personal data.

The Service is supported by third-party advertising. Ads and links may take you to external sites we do not control and are not responsible for. Interacting with advertisers is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for User Content provided by others.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or to comply with the law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. licences for retained backups, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
