DMCA & Abuse
Last updated: 2026-07-07
We remove illegal and non-consensual content and respond to valid copyright complaints. The fastest way to flag anything is the Report control on each album; you can also write to support@sloppyme.com. We review reports promptly and remove content that violates our Terms or the law.
1. Report abuse or illegal content
Use Report (or email us) for any of the following:
- Someone appears underage — we treat child sexual abuse material with zero tolerance, remove it immediately, and report it to the appropriate authorities (e.g. NCMEC) as required by law.
- Non-consensual content — “revenge porn”, hidden-camera, leaked, stolen, or deepfake/altered sexual content of real people.
- “I appear in this content and didn’t consent” — if you are depicted and did not agree to publication, tell us and we will act to remove it promptly.
- Violence, coercion, trafficking, or other illegal content.
To help us act fast, include the album URL and a short description of the issue. Reports about depicted persons are prioritized.
2. Copyright — filing a DMCA takedown
If you own rights to material published here without authorization, send a written notice to support@sloppyme.com that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature (the rights holder or an authorized agent);
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
- the URL(s) of the specific content on sloppy.me you want removed;
- your contact information (name, address, email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are, or are authorized to act for, the owner.
We remove or disable access to material for valid notices and notify the uploader.
3. Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you are authorized to post it, you may send a counter-notice to support@sloppyme.com with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, your contact information, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification. We may restore the content unless the original complainant pursues legal action.
4. Repeat-infringer policy
We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others’ rights, and we may remove content and ban uploaders who violate these rules or the law.
